How do I get the PURALIMA App ?

The PURALIMA Cantina mobile APP is available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play.

What if I am am having issues logging into the App ?

Please use the “Forgot Password” link on the homepage. You will be sent an email to the email address that you used when you enrolled in our rewards program. If you do not receive a password reset email, please contact the Guest Experience team by filling out a Contact Us form on our website.

What do you do with the personal information i’ve provided ?

PURALIMA Cantina® uses its best efforts to protect your personally-identifiable information and privacy. We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information to any third parties other than for the limited purposes described in this policy. Loyalty Program

How do I become a loyalty program member ?

You can sign up in the PURALIMA Cantina mobile APP and you’ll be well on your way to an oasis of tacos and chips!

How do I earn rewards ?

Scan your loyalty barcode on the APP to track your visits or log into your account on our website when placing your order

Do my rewards ever expire ?

That is a great question! All Rewards expire sixty (60) days after the date upon which the Reward was earned or at any other time as We may establish. 

Where can I find my rewards ?

Participants will earn points based on your purchase total. You will earn one point per $1 spent at PURALIMA. You can redeem your points for free menu items in the APP or online. We offer a birthday reward that can be redeemed within 30 days of your birthday. 

I forgot to scan for points in the restaurant. What do I do?

If you forgot to check in, CLICK HERE, to submit your order information. If you do not have your receipt, please fill out a Contact Us form on our website so that our Guest Experience team can immediately assist you and credit you accordingly.

 

Ordering & Delivery

Who do I contact if I have a delivery issue ?

If you placed your order through our website or APP, our team is ready to help. For the fastest service, please reach out to the location you ordered from via telephone or by completing the Contact Us form located on our website.

If you placed your order through the DoorDash or UberEats APP – please contact them directly for help.

 

One of my items was forgotten. How can you fix this?

We’re so sorry for missing a part of your order. It’s never intentional and we want to make this right with you as soon as possible. Please fill out a Contact Us form on our website so that our Guest Experience team can immediately assist you and credit you accordingly.

where can I purchase a PURALIMA gift card?

Gift cards are available to be purchased inside the restaurant.
